BRM Agro Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the receipt of FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) approval for its rice which means the company will now be able to tap into the market in the United States and export to the US.
BRM Agro is Cambodia's largest vertically integrated rice business and operates a rice farm with more than 2,000 hectares of freehold rice land in Kampong Thom, as well as a modern rice mill in Santuk District which is capable of producing 3,000 Metric Tonnes (MT) per month.
The timing of the FDA approval was convenient for BRM Agro as company management had joined the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce in California's US Food Export Summit held in Long Beach, UAE in September 2024 where they met several US-based retailers and signed deals to begin exports to the USA.
